| Shipping Information Our goal is to provide you great value at fair prices. We offer a choice of shipping options to meet your needs. Your shipping costs can be viewed in your shopping cart with your items, by entering your ship to zip code, your state, and choosing your shipping method. Shipping Questions When will I receive my order? Orders are generally shipped in one to two business days for in stock items. Custom items will vary in shipping time depending on quantity. Typically this is 1-2 weeks, but may be longer for larger orders. You can view estimated delivery dates on each item page. This information is at the bottom of the green box where you place your order from. Ground shipping orders are usually received 3-15 days from the time of the order, depending on where you live. Generally, please allow 2 weeks for processing and creation of all engraved stones before shipping. Do you ship overseas? YES, we now ship to over 200 countries worldwide! Use the International Checkout button in the shopping cart. Please keep in mind that we cannnot guarantee specific delivery dates on international orders. Contact us if you need a custom item not on our site. When will I receive expedited freight orders? For expedited shipping your order is usually received in 1-3 business days after shipping Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Keep in mind processing times still apply. You can get a good estimate of delivery dates on the page you place your order from. How much does it cost to get Overnight, 2 Day or 3 Day delivery? The cost of expedited freight varies greatly depending on the weight and size of the items ordered, and where the item ships to. Costs for these services are available at checkout. Where can I have my items shipped? Items cannot be delivered to PO boxes, and shipping must include a physical address. What if no one is home when my order arrives? Most products are shipped UPS or USPS. Some items may be delivered Fedex. We recommend shipping to a work address or friend if you are concerned about delivery with no one home. If no one is home, items may be left at the door. Bulk purchases may require a signature for delivery. What if I want to make sure someone is home to sign for the order? If you want the order to be signed for, ship to an address at work or home where someone is available; or ask for "signature delivery" at checkout in the notes. A $3.00 service charge will be added to your order for this service. |
