Engraved Stones Direct specializes in engraved stones for the garden and home. We offer more choices than nearly anyone in the business!


We offer more choices, and will work with you to create what you are looking for. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! In the unlikely event that your stone arrives with incorrect spelling or dates as a result of our error, we'll replace your stone at our cost. If you item arrives damaged, we'll replace that too as long as you notify us within 5 business days of receipt

Our Return Policy
If there is any damage, or mispelling other than what you ordered, notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will make arrangements for return and replacement of your damaged item. Please be sure to keep all orginal packaging for inspection.

All returns must be preauthorized to be accepted. To request a return authorization, contact us by email. We will contact you within two business days with directions and an address for your return. All original packaging must be in tact, and the entire product and packaging in original condition, new and never used.

We do not accept returns on customized or personalized pieces. If an error was made, we will correct the error and reship the item.

Billing Information
All stones are cut to order. Therefore, you will usually be charged for your order within 2 business days of placing your order. You may use a credit card for payment, or Paypal services. Your credit card will indicate a charge from Epic Enterprises LLC. Contact us for other arrangements.

Shipping Information
We reserve the right to choose our shippers to deliver your order. Most orders are delivered United States Parcel Service (USPS), FedEx, or United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders will generally be left at the door if no one is available at the time of delivery, or will be handled following the shipper's policies. Larger orders may require a signature for delivery. We are not responsible for, nor can we guarantee the time it takes a delivery to arrive, as we have no control over the shippers. We will replace any items damaged during shipping, subject to the policies above.
